GOAL: compile the relevant problems you have experienced with ON-SITE tech support in an effort to IMPROVE "Quality Of Service." Your voice will make a difference for us as well as other consultants and ON-SITE tech people. In addition to your complaints I would like to hear creative solutions and methods tech people have employed to make you a satisfied customer. I'm personally an Apple Macintosh Consultant who works on XServers as well as desktops/laptops.
